When was the last time you celebrated yourself?

This Episode is a journal entry to myself. I have always struggled with celebrating myself including birthdays and achievements. I discuss why I haven't allowed myself to celebrate my achievements and how I am working to improve this now. We all deserve to celebrate our achievements and be proud of ourselves.
